Questions
The things couples ask me most.
How do we secure our date?
A signed agreement and a 25% deposit hold your date. The balance is due four weeks before the wedding, and I'll send a friendly reminder so you don't have to think about it.
Do you travel, and how far?
Always. Around half of my weddings are outside Oxfordshire, and I've photographed celebrations in Italy, France, Portugal and Norway. UK travel is included within 60 miles; everything further, including abroad, is charged at cost.
When will we see our photographs?
A sneak peek of 30 photographs arrives within 48 hours. The full gallery — usually 600–900 images for a full day — is ready within four weeks, delivered in a private online gallery you can share with guests.
Are all the photographs edited?
Yes. Every image you receive is hand-edited by me for colour and tone — warm, natural and true to the day. No filters, no generative AI, ever.
Do you photograph same-sex and multilingual weddings?
Of course — and yes, I'm comfortable working around ceremonies and speeches in languages I don't speak, as long as someone briefs me on the order of the day.
What if you're ill on the day?
I've never missed a wedding, but the agreement includes a network of six trusted photographers who cover for each other. If I can't be there, you'd be looked after by someone I've personally worked alongside.
